Our services

Here’s how we help with applications:

We handle the repetitive applications so you can keep your time for interviews. Prices first, then the workflow below.

Basic applications get cheaper per person when you team up. Interview plans aim for interviews and are quoted individually, based on your background.

What basic applications include

Want to hand off repetitive applications? We use your existing inbox, tailor your résumé to the roles you target, apply to the agreed roles and provide a record.

  • Use your existing job-search inbox.
  • Résumé tailored to the roles you target.
  • We submit to the agreed job list. Each application counts as one, 100 in total.
  • Receive a record of each application.

No new inbox or interview preparation. No interview or job offer is promised, and the Interview plan refund does not apply.

Interview plan

Talk first, then a quote

The goal is interviews. We start by learning about your background and direction, then agree the interview target, service plan and quote. Curious? Send us your résumé and let’s talk.

An agreed number of qualifying interviews · two months from your first actual application

Why Interview plan prices are hidden for now

We wish we didn’t have to do this, but we owe you honesty: how hard it is to secure the agreed qualifying interviews depends on each candidate’s background, so we can’t list one price for everyone right now. We promise to do everything we can to give you great value at the best price we can offer. Tell us about your background and we’ll give you a specific quote.

  • A dedicated inbox with your permission, matched to the email on your résumé.
  • Suitable roles screened, with the job list agreed together.
  • AI-assisted résumé and cover-letter tailoring, reviewed by us and approved by you.
  • Incoming messages forwarded to your own email, with application records available.
  • One free interview prep guide, tailored to your background and the role, after an invitation from an application under your plan.

Behavioral practice sessions, structured interview coaching and offer negotiations are available separately.

If there are too few suitable sponsorship-friendly openings over two months, we say so before you pay.

All prices are in USD, per person.

For Interview plans, payment follows confirmation of the materials, dedicated inbox, job list and written agreement. Actual applications begin that evening. The two months start on the first actual application date; qualifying interviews and refund terms are agreed in advance.

Pilot pricing

These are pilot prices. We hope you will share your actual application results and experience so we can improve the process. We respect your privacy and leave personal details and application materials out of anything we share publicly.

The Interview plan in five steps

This is the Interview plan workflow. The basic service uses your existing inbox, tailors your résumé to the roles you target and handles agreed applications and records.

  1. Share your materials and target roles

Send your résumé, any cover letter or transcript you already have, your target roles and the authorization details we need, by email or WeChat. You do not need every document to get started; we ask for an address or phone number only if it is missing from your résumé and needed for an application.

  2. Set up the inbox and approve your materials

With your permission, we create a dedicated application inbox and put that same address on your résumé. AI helps us organize and adapt your materials, then we review them ourselves. You approve every change before use, and nothing is invented.

  3. Confirm the job list and written agreement

We agree the target roles and job list, then put the qualifying interview definition, service period, fee and refund terms in writing. Payment follows only after the materials, inbox, list and agreement are all confirmed.

  4. Pay, then applications start that evening

Once everything is confirmed, you pay and we begin actual applications that evening. Each submission is recorded, and incoming messages are forwarded to your own email. The two-month period starts on the date of the first actual application.

  5. Receive a free interview prep guide

After an invitation from an application under your plan, we provide one free interview prep guide tailored to your background and the role, with practical preparation pointers. Start with the guide, and we can discuss any further questions.

Miss the Interview plan target, get 70% back

If we miss the agreed number of qualifying interviews within two months from the first actual application date, we refund 70% of the amount you paid for that Interview plan. The refund goes to your original payment method within 7 business days after the service period ends. We agree the start date, qualifying interview definition and refund terms in writing before we begin. This policy applies only to Interview plans.

A few things to know

Common Questions

What counts as a qualifying interview for an Interview plan?

A live conversation with the hiring company counts, by phone, video or in person, including an HR screening call. Online assessments, one-way recorded interviews, calls from third-party recruiters or staffing agencies, and interviews from your own applications or referrals do not count. Only invitations from roles we applied to count, based on the invitation email or calendar invite. The two months start on the first actual application date. An invitation received during that period counts even if the interview takes place later. If you choose not to attend, it still counts. You can provide a do-not-apply list before we start, and we will leave those companies alone. These terms go into the written Interview plan agreement.

How is the interview target set? How do groups work?

For an Interview plan, we first learn about your background and direction, then agree the interview target, service plan and quote. If there are too few suitable sponsorship-friendly openings over two months, we say so before you pay. Group pricing applies to basic applications only: start a WeChat group, add us, and we start once everyone confirms. Each person pays the price for that group size.

When do I pay, and how does the refund work?

For application services, payment follows confirmation of the materials, inbox, job list and written agreement, and actual applications begin that evening. An Interview plan runs for two months from the first actual application date. If we miss the agreed target, we refund 70% of the plan fee you paid to the original payment method within 7 business days after the service period ends. Basic applications and separate coaching follow their own terms and are not covered by this refund policy.

Whose account do you use? Can I see what was submitted?

The basic service uses your existing inbox, tailors your résumé to the roles you target and handles agreed applications and records. For Interview plans, we create a dedicated inbox with your permission, match the email on your résumé and forward messages to your own email. We agree the job list together, and you approve changes to materials before use. We do not ask for unrelated account passwords or verification codes, invent experience or misrepresent sponsorship needs.

How are my résumé and transcript stored?

Before you share materials by email or WeChat, we explain what we need and why. Only authorized people working on your service can access them. We keep them for 90 days by default. You can ask us by email to delete them at any time, and we will confirm once it is done.

What is in the free prep guide? How does coaching work?

After an invitation from an application under your plan, we provide one free guide tailored to your background and the role, with pointers on what to prepare. Start with the guide, and we can discuss any further questions. Behavioral practice sessions, structured interview coaching and offer negotiations have separately agreed scope, fees and outcome terms. The basic service does not include interview preparation or promise an interview or offer.

Privacy

Your materials, used only for your search.

Sharing a résumé or transcript takes trust. Thank you for trusting us with yours. We use your materials only to discuss, assess and carry out the job-search support we agree with you. Only people authorized to work on your service can access them.

Kept for 90 days by default. Email the address below any time and we delete your information and files by hand, then confirm.

Please don’t send passwords or verification codes unrelated to your job search. Your experience and job-search progress are yours to share. When we publish practical advice, we leave out your personal information and application materials.

We’ll explain what information we need and how we’ll use it. Getting in touch or sending materials does not start a paid service. We agree on the work and fees with you before it begins.
